Admission Overview

Admission to undergraduate programs is conducted through a transparent, merit-based centralized allotment system in accordance with University of Kerala regulations.

We look forward to welcoming the next cohort of scholars to our campus. Below is a detailed step-by-step guide to navigating the undergraduate admission process.

To secure a seat at our institution, all prospective candidates must complete the following phases.

Phase 1: University Centralized Allotment Process (CAP)

Online Registration: Every aspirant must register on the official University of Kerala UG admission portal during the open registration window.

College & Course Selection: While filling out the options, ensure you select our college and your preferred undergraduate programs in the order of your priority.

Allotment Memos: The university will release allotment lists based on academic merit and reservation indexes. If you are allotted a seat in our college, you must download your Allotment Memo and pay the mandatory university fee to confirm your option.

Phase 2: College Admission & Verification

Reporting to Campus: Once you receive an allotment to our college, report to the college office within the timeframe specified by the university.

Document Verification: Candidates must bring all original certificates including qualifying certificates, mark lists, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate, and Caste or Community Certificate if applicable, along with the University Allotment Memo.

Fee Payment: Upon successful verification of documents, pay the prescribed college tuition and institutional fees to formalize your admission.

A step-by-step guide

Online Registration

University Portal: Every aspirant must first register on the University of Kerala Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) portal.

Option Entry: During registration, choose our college and your preferred undergraduate courses in the order of priority.

Application Number: Keep your University Application Number safe. It is mandatory for both Merit and Management seats.

Document Submission

Digital Upload: Upload scanned copies of your 10th and 12th mark lists, TC, and Conduct Certificate to the university portal.

Verification: Once an allotment is received, bring the original documents to the college office for physical verification.

Required Files: Qualifying Certificates, Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate for other boards, and Caste or Community certificates if applicable.

Merit Selection

Allotment List: The University will publish a rank list based on your 12th-grade marks and reservation index.

Shortlisting: Eligible students who are allotted to our college will receive an Allotment Memo.

Confirmation: You must pay the university mandatory fee online to freeze your seat and confirm your intent to join our college.

Admission Confirmation

Final Step: Report to the college office with your Allotment Memo and original documents.

Fee Payment: Complete the payment of the institutional fees at the college office.

Welcome: Once the college approves your profile on the university portal, your admission is officially confirmed.

Management Quota Admissions

Important instructions

A limited number of seats are reserved under the Management Quota for eligible candidates. Aspirants seeking admission under this category must strictly adhere to the institutional mandates.

Mandatory University Registration

Candidates must complete the full University of Kerala undergraduate online registration process. No management admission can be processed without a valid university registration application number.

Academic Eligibility

Applicants must fully satisfy the identical academic eligibility criteria and minimum cut-off percentages required of general merit students under university regulations.

Application Procedure

Eligible candidates or their guardians should contact the College Office directly to obtain the institutional management application form and inquire about seat availability.

Note: Meeting the basic eligibility criteria does not guarantee admission under the management quota, as these seats are limited and highly competitive.
